Objective :-
The objective for 7 Card Stud is to make the best 5 card hand from your 7 cards.
Cards Dealt :-
Before any cards are dealt in 7 Card Stud all players must pay an ante. The ante will be 10% of the small blind. So in a $10/$20 game ante's are $1. Dealing goes to the left 1 card a time. Players are dealt 3 cards. 2 face down and 1 showing.
Betting.
(4th Street) Another face up card is dealt to all players still in the hand.
More betting.
(5th Street) Another face up card is dealt to all players still in the hand.
More betting.
(6th Street) Another face up card is dealt to all players still in the hand.
More betting.
(River) Another face down card is dealt to all players still in the hand.
Final betting.
Betting :-
Betting in 7 Card Stud follows a unique set of rules as follows:
Ante's must be paid before players are dealt any cards. This will be 10% of the SB. Blinds are then paid and dealing begins.
Round 1 - After the first 3 cards are dealt the player with the lowest showing card (the bring-in) will be the first to bet. In the event of a tie suit values are considered. In 7 card stud from highest to lowest these are: Club, Diamond, Heart, Spade. The 'bring-in' will have the choice to bet the bring-in amount (varies per game) OR the small blind amount. If they do not pay either of these then they must fold their hand. Betting continues left and the bet and raise size if fixed at the small blind for this round.
Round 2 - Betting on 4th street begins with the player with the highest showing pair or card. If the player opening is showing a pair they can choose to bet at the BB limit, after which all raises will be fixed at this limit for the round. If there are no pairs showing then the betting limit will be the SB limit for this round. There is no bring in for this or the remaining rounds so the first to bet can choose to check from this point onwards.
Round 3 - Betting on 5th street begins with the player showing the highest value hand. Betting from this round onwards is set at the BB limit. All bets and raises must be this amount.
Round 4 - See Round 3.
Round 5 - See Round 3.
Hand Values :-
Royal Flush - (A K Q J 10 of the same suit)

Omaha Hi/Lo has 2 objectives. A high and low pot. Unlike some other types of poker you MUST use 2 of your hole cards to win in Omaha Hi/Lo. Meaning you can only use 3 of the community cards to make your hand(s).
High Pot - The high pot plays like regular poker games. The person with the best hand will win this.
Low Pot - To enter the low pot you must have 5 cards 8 and below. Check out the Hand Values section to see how to win.

A 2 3 4 5 - This is the best hand for the low pot.
All other hands are considered based on your highest low card. For example A 2 3 4 8 would not beat 2 3 4 5 7.
If both players have the same high card then the second highest card is taken into account. E.g. A 2 4 5 7 and A 2 3 4 7. The second player would win in this scenario.

Cards Dealt :-
In Texas Hold'Em everyone at the table is dealt 2 cards. Starting from the person left of the dealer deal 1 card and then repeating the cycle for the second card. If you have a dedicated dealer the person with the small blind is dealt first. The game then begins.
Betting ensues.
Next you burn one card and then deal 3 community cards (the flop) face up for everyone to see.
More betting.
Burn another card and deal out 1 more card (the turn) onto the table for the community cards.
Another round of betting.
Burn another card and deal the final community card (the river) to the table.
The final round of betting then commences and the winner is decided.
Betting :-
Betting for this game follows most standard betting policies for poker.
Round 1 - The first round of betting begins with the person left of the big blind and follows around the table left. Players can reraise, call or fold. You cannot bet again if it gets back around to you and everybody folds. This triggers the next card(s) to be dealt.
Round 2 - This occurs after the flop. If everyone called and nobody bet the small blind is first to bet in this round of betting. However if one or more people made a raise in the first round then the last person to make a raise will be the first to act (bet).
Round 3 - This occurs after the turn card. The small blind is first to bet if nobody has raised yet, otherwise the last person who raised will be the first to act. Same as Round 2 of the betting.
Round 4 - This occurs after the river card. This is the final round of betting after which you are expected to turn over your cards and show what you had. The rules for who bets first are the same as Rounds 2 & 3.

I will list the winning hands here in descending order. Meaning the best hand will be listed first.

A kicker is the highest card that is not used to make your hand. For example if you had A 5 in your hand and the board was 5 5 7 10 8 and your opponent had Q 5 in their hand you would both have trip 5's. The kicker for you would be the Ace whereas your opponent would only have the Queen. You would win.
If however you had 2 5 in your hand and your opponent had 3 5 then you would split the pot. Why? Because the highest card that isn't used is a 10 which is on the board and would count for both of you.
